We will use the name, address, telephone number and credit/debit card information only to complete a credit/debit card transaction associated with a service provider’s listing/advertising of a service on the website. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive and to contact sellers of goods and services to remind them to renew their ad placement for a good or service within 5 days that their ad is due to expire. For example, if a good is listed on June 1, 2006 and the seller requested that the ad be posted for a 30 day period, BabySwap will contact this seller sometime between June 25, 2006 and June 30, 2006 to remind them of their ad’s expiry and provide information to the seller about how to renew their ad. Such email addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Except for the purposes described in paragraph 4, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without providing you with an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
